Terms of Service

What you can do with the finished work:

 

- All commissioned pieces are for noncommercial purposes! 

-The commissioner has to let me know directly if they do not want their piece used as an example. Otherwise, I'll assume I'm allowed to use it. This can be sent to me any time during the commission process. If the commissioner changes their mind later, they can let me know which work (s) they are and I'll take them off the site.

- Reposting is a-ok with credit. If I find my work is being posted without credit, the user who posted it uncredited will be unable to commission to me again until credit has been added. Credit can be a link to any profile of mine, this website, Spiced Lotus, or Spiced_Lotus_.

- this goes for designs too—after I get paid, they are out of my hands and can be changed/sold/etc 👍

 

Payment: 

 

- I can take payment via paypal, cashapp, or kofi

- I expect to be paid after the process sketch is shown and confirmed to be satisfactory. Further progress after-the-fact will not be made until my payment

- If the commissioner desires to pay me sooner, they may let me know

 

Refund Policy:

 

- If the commission is cancelled (by either party) before I’ve started, the commissioner will receive a full refund

- If the client cancels the commission during the process, the refund will be partial depending on the stage the art is in. (For rough sketches, %80 will be refunded; lineart or color, depending on how complex the character or pose, ~%50 will be refunded; if the piece is being shaded, %20 will be refunded)

- No refunds if the commission has been completed or is very near completion

- If I need to cancel a commission the commissioner will get a full refund. I also don’t owe an explanation as to why a cancelation was necessary.

- Any amount of info can be given on how I should do the piece, but be aware that the more specific the guidelines, the closer the final work will be closer to whatever has been envisioned. These guidelines can change until the commissioner has approved the process sketch—after that, additional changes will result in additional fees.

Process:

- after I am told what I am drawing, I will send a message with the price to confirm it. This is more for me so that I know there are no miscommunications as my prices are flexible

- I will send a process sketch within a week after ordering. The commissioner can request any changes of said sketch after I’ve sent it to them. If no changes are necessary, it will be seen as approved and I’ll move on to finishing the work. 

- I will do two resketches if necessary, after that only minor changes are allowed without further payment

- if I am unable to complete a process sketch within two weeks for any reason, I will contact the commissioner with such reasons and formally cancel the commission

- Commissions will likely be finished within three weeks of commissioning. If I don’t complete a work 60 days after commissioning, I will issue a full refund (time between communication does not count towards this deadline). 

- if you’d like to be involved in the process: please tell me! I am more than happy to send w.i.ps (works in progress) and updates 

 

TLDR: I’ll draw anything! Just tell me what you’d like, respond to my messages, and I’ll have it done ASAP 👍
